Unfortunately, we do have to collect sales tax for Uncle Sam.
Our concrete coatings are 24 hours back to service, 48 hours for car traffic or moving heavy items back onto it.
We recommend 48 hours to dry before showering and please use your fan. Hot temperatures with no fan used can lead to paint bubbling if not given the proper time to cure.
After pollen has fallen but before it gets too cold. It’s also not recommended to paint on extremely hot days.
We’re able to install our concrete coatings year round! We try not to install on very rainy days, snow or extreme cold.
Most garages can be done in just ONE DAY! Larger size garages or ones that require more prep could take longer.
We ask that all items are removed from walls, curtains and window treatments are taken down and all breakable items are put in a safe place. Any breakable items in cabinets, etc. should be removed by the homeowner and stored away.
All cabinets should be emptied out.
Landscaping should be trimmed back from the home. Cars should not be left in the driveway if possible. Sprinklers should be shut off.
All windows and doors should be closed and the water turned on outside. We do use a special mix of soap and cleaner, so we recommend removing any outdoor furniture cushions, etc. If we’re washing a deck or patio the furniture, grills, plants, etc. should be removed. We can help with heavy items. It is not necessary for the homeowner to be home. We also ask that dogs are not left in yards.
Garages need to be emptied out prior to our crew’s arrival. We can help with heavy items. Basements should be empty and pool patios/patios should be clear of any items.
You can feel free to visit any local Benjamin Moore dealer or check out their website at www.benjaminmoore.com. We are able to match colors if you prefer a color from another company. We can also match custom colors by taking a chip to match. If you’re having trouble deciding, we’re happy to offer a complimentary 1.5 hour appointment with our color consultant.
We strive for cleanliness throughout the duration of your project. Unfortunately, as hard as we try, there might be some dust left behind.
Our crew will arrive at your home between 8 and 8:30am. They will take a possible coffee break in the morning, a half hour lunch in the afternoon and will begin to clean up around 4:30 or 5pm usually. Your crew leader might ask if the crew can stay later in some cases to finish up.
We highly recommend matte finishes for walls. Our most common finishes are flat ceilings, matte walls and semi-gloss trim. Bathrooms are usually painted with Aura Bath & Spa matte, which is superficially formulated for bathrooms.
